ZP7/9/12/15 Rotary Tablet Press
ZP7/9/12 rotary tablet press is mainly applicable for trial production in labs and small-scale production and they are automatic equipment continuously pressing particles into round and special-shaped tables with diameters no more than 13mm.
This machine is a new generation product of our factory, and it is a continuous and automatic rotary tablet press for pressing various kinds of different shape tablets and also plain tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and the chemical, food, plastics, powder, metallurgy and electronic industries.

ZPW21A Series Rotary Tablet Press
This machine is applied to press all kinds of particle material into tablets and its greatest advantage is that it can press special-shaped tablets in all geometric shapes, double tablets, ring table’s and tablets with figures at both sides besides round tablets. Turret may be mounted with 21 pair of movable dies, so 21 tablets can be pressed at one turn. It is allowed to adjust the turret speed, stuffing depth of material and thickness of tablets during pressing and sample of tablets can be selected and examined. Pressure to pressing tablets is set by hydraulic system; to shish pressure gauge indication is attached. Overload protective device is mounted inside the hydraulic system and the system sill automatically stops when overloaded. Separate powder-absorbing box is supplied with the machine. It may absorb the powder from the operation of the machine to avoid bonding and clogging of powder and to recover raw material for refuse. This machine is a new type developed by ourselves during 1980’s and has been sold to international market.

VH Series Mixer
This machine has the following distinguishing features, no blind eagle in the cylinders, and no accumulation of materials, high speed, and short mixing time. With the body made of stainless steel and both inner and outer walls polished, the cylinders have elegant appearance. The charging of materials can be made either by manual operation or through vacuum suction. For discharging, rotating valves and rapid swivel heads are adopted. This mixer is applicable for mixing powdery or granular materials in pharmaceutical and other industries. It consists of two V-type cylinders of different altitudes, and through mechanical transmission the materials in these cylinders are made to move back and forth and turn over again and again, thereby achieving the goal of uniform mixing.
